The San Francisco International Beer Festival will be held this Saturday at Fort Mason in San Francisco. The event starts at 7pm and will run until 10pm. The entry fee is a bit on the expensive side but the money goes to a good cause, the Telegraph Hill Cooperative Nursery School will be funded for one year. The entry fee is $60 if you are able to get one of the 100 tickets that will be put up for sale Friday 4/24 at 12:30 and will last for one hour or until they sell out. There are going to be a lot of good breweries there. Here is a short list of breweries that I recommend trying:
Afligem, Bear Republic Brewing, Desschutes Brewing, Dogfish Head, Drakes Brewing, Firstone Walker Brewing, Green Flash Brewing, Lagunitas Brewing, Marin Brewing, Moylan’s, North Cost Brewing, Rouge Ales, Speakeasy Ales and Lagers, Stone Brewing, Trumer Pils
Please go and enjoy some good food and beer and let me know what you thought of the festival.
